SHOEI KISEN SEMINAR JOURNEY

Over the years, the Shoei Kisen Seminar has continued to evolve with one common purpose — strengthening relationships, building better teams and creating a stronger sense of unity across the organisation.

1. 2023 — Lonavala

   Building Relationships & Understanding

   The focus was on bringing the Top 4 together, helping them understand one another and work as one team. With team members coming from different companies and professional backgrounds, the seminar encouraged better communication, stronger relationships and mutual understanding.

2. 2024 — The LaLiT, Mumbai

   Building a Family Culture

   The focus moved towards team building and the importance of creating a family-like working environment. Inspired by Shoei Kisen's values as a closely connected organisation, the emphasis was on running and working aboard a vessel with the same trust, responsibility and care that one would have within a family.

3. 2025 — Goa

   Strengthening Cooperation

   With stronger relationships already established among the Top 4, the seminar focused on deepening teamwork, cooperation and coordination across teams.

4. 2026 — Aurika Skycity, Mumbai

   One Shoei — Mental Wellbeing, Understanding & Togetherness

   This year, the seminar places special emphasis on mental wellbeing, building a supportive working environment and understanding how challenges can be addressed together.

   The focus will also be on the spirit of “One Shoei” — strengthening communication and understanding between senior and junior officers, encouraging mutual respect, guidance, openness and stronger teamwork at every level.
